What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company, team size, area of interest, and any message you write. This is submitted voluntarily — we don't collect it any other way.
Analytics. We use Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate site traffic — pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device type, and referring site. Umami does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other websites.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and provide the services you've asked about. Submissions are sent directly to our email and are also added to our Zoho CRM, which we use to manage leads and client relationships. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it — we don't use it to identify individual visitors.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. Contact form submissions are shared with:
- Zoho CRM — used internally to track and follow up on leads.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TGK Consulting, our clients, or others.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions and CRM records for as long as reasonably useful for maintaining a business relationship or responding to your inquiry, and delete or anonymize them on request (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email tom@tgkconsulting.org and we'll take care of it directly — no automated process, no run-around.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected clearly, not buried.
